When will 6x and 8x be available?

They're on the roadmap. Follow us — higher factors are coming with our cloud engine.

What image formats and sizes are supported?

JPG, PNG and WebP up to 10 MB. Output is delivered as a high-quality PNG.

How does the AI upscaling work?

Our model is trained on millions of image pairs. Instead of simply stretching pixels, it predicts and reconstructs missing details — edges, textures and fine structures — based on what it has learned.

How do I get the best result?

Pick the lowest factor that meets your needs — 2x often looks more natural than 4x. Clear, well-lit sources upscale better than heavily compressed ones.

How long does processing take?

Usually a few seconds. Larger images and higher factors take longer, but everything runs at full speed with no queue.
